- Lots of benefits that can translate in getting some extra income - Annual party in Amsterdam - Nice office space and desk

- No chance to suggest ideas or differ opinions from your superiors. - Usually they make up their minds about who is getting a job even before you have the interview (this is known by employees inside the company). - Sometimes they simply don't follow their own values, even with customers. - If you are needed to travel for any reason and you can't or just don't want to (they have amazing video call software and hardware available), it's really hard to get off without affecting your image and/or opinion over your commitment.
