- Great people to work with and teams are very multicultural - Lot's of possibilities to create impact - I was skeptical before joining but after 1,5 years of experience, I see that Booking.com genuinely tries to do their best to improve overall experience of employees. Experience of employees are being measured through surveys/meetings constantly and problems are discussed in company meetings. - It may not be the highest paying company but overall compensation is fair enough and satisfying

- Sometimes it's hard to prioritise the work you have to do and creating the impact you want may take more than you expected. It's related to the size of the company in a way - I observe onboarding and kick starting contribution for new comers sometimes take more time.
