The job itself can get taxing after a while, but there are no scripts to read from and no one breathing down your neck. It's a team-based atmosphere, where the job of everyone above you is to help you succeed.

Svantaggi

It's a customer service job. People will call you while in a bad mood, or will want to tell you their life story, cutting into your productivity.

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Svantaggi

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
