Remote work,although that is the norm now with covid. Pay is slightly above average. Benefits are good but no 401K match for this year due to covid.

Unchecked narcissism and nepotism are absolutely rampant. Very little work gets done. Everything is political based on currying favor with the C-level or it's smoke and mirrors to look very busy and very important. The company focus for driving demand is based on the whims of the CMO and her little circle. There is no strategy so Sales has to supplement these clueless campaigns to make up for marketing's many shortcomings. A complete nightmare and timesuck. Many of the best, brightest folks have left. There is no recourse for the staggeringly low morale. HR is known as a joke around here. Pretty much it's suck it up and live with the dread until you can leave or until you get laidoff. The last 2 years of our employee NPS survey have been all-time low scores and these Tell Dell surveys are brushed under the rug now. Most who have been with Boomi for more than a year want to get out. Was great before series of bad C-level and senior manager hires. Over the last 2 years it has become a clique of wannabe 'rockstar' execs with the only innovators in the C-suite jumping ship (the CPO and CTO..smart!) and it's totally a coincidence that Boomi has stopped making our targets in the last 2 years.

The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
