Now being run by a PE firm that does not understand how to run a technology company. Over hired in one quarter then OOOPPs immediately hiring freeze, no marketing budget and we have to lay off 10% of work force. Smart planning. What a joke to claim one of the "Best places to work" in 2022

The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
