Loser executives get huge severance while the masses whacked in secret layoffs labeled “Poor Performance”. Executives brag about frequent flyer miles while traveling first class! Treated like a dog that is hit for no reason so you constantly look over your shoulder. I hear that people lose vested options when terminated. Sort of defies the definition of “vested”. If you participated in buying options, the money is stolen from you which tubs salt in the wound caused by meager severance. All development is being outsourced and given there is little automated test coverage, quality suffers.
