My Experience with Boopin – From Day One to Resignation My experience with Boopin started off weird — the HR sent me the wrong office location for my interview. I let it slide and even agreed to help them with some freelance work before officially joining the company. During the freelance phase, I quickly noticed how disorganized things were. Account managers didn’t seem to understand the basics of digital marketing, which was really surprising coming from a company that calls itself “multinational.” Once I officially joined, I faced endless, pointless revisions — just because the client “felt like it.” It didn’t matter if it was 1 AM or a weekend, they had no problem calling you about work anytime. But all of this is still “normal” for agencies. What wasn’t normal? After just one month of working there, we had a team meeting where they told us there might be layoffs in June due to a lack of clients. So I left a stable job I had been at for over a year to join a supposedly international company — only to be told a month later that I might lose my job? On top of that, none of the promises they made were kept: No medical insurance No company laptop (I used my personal one for two whole months) The freelance work I did before joining? They didn’t pay for everything I delivered (yeah, partly my fault for not asking, but I felt awkward since I had already joined) When I decided to resign, I didn’t serve a notice period since I was still in the probation period — but I made sure to hand over everything they needed and finish my pending tasks, so no one could later use that as an excuse or claim I was being unfair. And guess what? No one replied to my resignation email. No one checked in. No proper goodbye. HR? Completely absent. Honestly, the place is a mess. No vision, no structure, and no leadership — and everyone working there seems to know it. If anyone’s considering joining Boopin, I’m sharing this to warn you. It’s not a professional environment, and it could easily waste your time, energy, and career momentum.
