I loved working at Boostly. The role of being an SDR wasn't for me, but I genuinely enjoyed the team, the environment, and the growth that I experienced while I was there. They provide a ton of training and give you a lot of opportunities to learn and develop. We role play daily and people work really hard. The company leadership talks about the companies values a lot and you can tell that they really live them and require others to do the same. Feedback is given directly and respectfully. Honestly, Boostly really has top notch leadership. There are team members who have gone through really hard things recently and the leadership always stepped up to support them.

Honestly a great company to work for. Management cares The culture is good. Definitely in sales industry you can run into toxic sales mentality but here that’s not the case. Everyone is willing to help each other and cheer each other on
