My specific team was very collaborative, organized, ethical and worked really well as a team with a clear mission and high expectations. Upper management are transparent, communicated difficult information during challenging times and went above and beyond to help employees find positions when federal contracts were eliminated or had funding delays. Moving to other contracts was highly encouraged if you wanted to try new things and broaden your experience.

Its very challenging to move up in the company if you do not work in their home office in VA.
