Confusing place to work, never truly clear what you actually do If you get placed on a bad team, better start looking for external work They make you look for work internally competitively with outside and inside candidates They can be derogatory with the way they treat you If you're not familiar with the lingo be prepared to be completely lost in military and industry specific terminology without a dictionary Hoteling Doesn't work especially for new to the workforce employee's If you do not have a clearance be prepared to have extreme difficulties finding work internally. Upper Management needs to learn Email Etiquette, it's the 21st century.. not replying to email's is considered RUDE in this day and age.
