The culture is terrible - very political, both work place politics and liberally. It is impossible to work here without being judged for your personal values. I worked far away from my office, and my manager would often make fun of me and team up with others (including clients!) when I would choose to spend time with family rather than at the team happy hour, which are “optional” after hours. And she was promoted and climbed the corporate ladder and take credit for things I would do. Meanwhile, she told me the project team did not have the funds to promote me - so I left.
