      if you're proactive you can get a lot out of it. need to navigate yourself through the system in order to succeed - if u do then you're golden and can make great contacts and good experience

      hard to get staffed on the good projects, most projects are seat fillers so really need to be careful of which group you join

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.
