- Upper management went completely quiet during the 2025 federal budget cuts and then without any warning, fired 3,000 people after a record revenue year - Recently a massive loss of culture that used to make BAH feel different than other consulting companies - Very difficult to get promoted, and no bonus structure for anyone under Senior Associate - The severance package was atrociously bad and the severance process was horrible
