Meh - Recensione dipendente - Factory Worker presso Borg Manufacturing

Breaks and Going home after shift.

Very underpaid.Expected to take on extra roles without being asked and compensated for.Management are very very egotistical and like to be nasty and watch you squirm.Management will belittle you infront of staff,tours and interviewees. The lack of communication by management is pathetic.Management arent even fit for the role as they cant do their job properly. Will deny everyone a payrise to load their own pockets.

Work is easy, good people in the factory. Some management are good people and try their best. They let you put your overtime in lieu.

Management only care about production, wanted time off to spend with my mum with a brain tumour got told that I couldn’t because we were short staffed. Micromanaging can get a bit extreme.
