Dysfunction manifests here in the following ways: -lack of organizational structure, principally due to incompetence of management and high turnover -not enough people to do work that needs to be done -incompetent leadership/management -worker burnout depletes productivity overtime, which encourages errors that aren't even immediately or efficiently addressed -accountability is never appropriately directed -poor planning and execution -no training or introduction provided upon start of employment but belittled and demeaned for lack of information or foresight that depend on initial orientation -management assigns projects without any background or introduction -management lacks personal boundaries and unloads consequences of poor judgement and mistakes on lower level staff -poor pay and few if any benefits
