If you're an engineer located in Stow, the longer you stay in Bose the more difficult for you to go back to typical manufacturing companies in the future. If you want to advance your career in automotive industry, staying too long in Bose may kill you (meaning you may stuck in Bose for good, provided that Bose keeps you for good).
