No use listing the pros for the first 12 years I worked there...they've all but disappeared the last 5 before leaving Bose.

The constant turnover, redirection, change of direction, lack of direction, then more redirection's of upper/senior management in the past 6+ years have left what was once a strong and prideful company, now directionless.
