Nice people but very poorly run - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Bose

The environment is toxic, negative and almost everyone is unhappy. CEOs try but can’t seem to figure out how to run a company. Employees are moved from job to job where they have no experience so the business always fails. If they hire smart people from the outside they don’t want to listen to the feedback and eventually those people either leave out of frustration or are fired. Add to that nonstop layoffs to the list and it’s a perfect storm. I’m afraid for the future of Bose.
