1. Outdated way of working. A lot of talk about "digital", "omnichannel" etc, yet the people in charge have no idea what that means and culture remains. 2. CEO and top management huge mess. Many layoffs and org restructuring every few months, with only vague goals & missions communicated to rest of company. 3. Company only cares about the US as a market. Good luck to you if you're not in America! No other country exists! 4. Product quality is awful. Fail rate is very high.
