The company embraces change, so be ready to turn on a dime. Bose can be a fun place to work providing that you're interested in participating. Keep in mind that this is a traditional corporate environment, with standard office politics that you would find anywhere. As you climb into each talent pool, the pools get smaller just as the swimmers in each pool. At a point it's no longer about merit, but how you play in each pool.
