      Leadership directly below CEO who actively state that the guy isn't smart. Lack of leadership alignment and lack of simple business understanding. Values are only there for legal reasons (personally saw senior manager hear and laugh about an x-rated statement from another leader). Slowest company in existence that is unlikely to survive long term.
