The mission. The employees that depend upon the mission and the ones that are on the front lines of fulfillment. My direct supervisor when I was with the company and a few other very fine people (and those were few and far between).
Svantaggi
A lack of character and integrity from the executive leadership team. Specifically in the areas of Marketing, IT, and Sales. A lot of egos to caress and more importantly, a lot of non-truths and bad business practices. There are huge gaps in emotional intelligence within those areas of leadership, on top of a culture where collaboration is not fostered.
