It is a small business that is growing at a rapid pace in an industry that is continuously emerging! The work environment is a lot of fun and everyone works well together as a team. Occasional Early Release on Fridays is an awesome perk! Management is genuine and cares greatly about their employees - you are more than a number here - you are family - which is very hard to find nowadays!

I can't think of a single con.

I have never seen a company that is so employee driven! Everyone works hard, and is rewarded. The Pay is above average, early release on a lot of Fridays, Off site gatherings for the staff a few times a year and PROMOTIONS FROM WITHIN!! The biggest thing, is that there has been very little turnover with people leaving.

It is a very FAST paced environment, not everyone can cut it. Its one of those Sink or Swim type jobs that means always running!
