The company has many wide variety of Government/DOD based and DARPA projects. Definitely an interesting place to work. BFC also offers flexibility in office hours and sick days you can work from home depending on the type of work you are doing.

High Turnover, no employee in the company is older than 5 years. The only oldest employee is the CEO/Owner. I would not recommend this for anyone looking to get out of a Big company to small company. Also "seasoned" employees take caution in taking the step to work for BFC. The employment basically starts in a probationary period, if successful you have some sense of false Job security. You become a fusionista after 6 months as they like to call it.
