The way that the management team listened to me, offered honest feedback, and worked to meet my needs far exceeded my expectations. If you're creative, this job is easy Vendors came a few times to train about their products which was the most helpful.

Cliquey environment in certain stores. Pressure to sell in order to reach your goal, or they put you on sales probation which can lead to termination if you are not able to meet required sales goals. Training is an absolute joke. 1 week of onboarding to go over people in the company, and basics of the AS400 system which is outdated so it will take you a few months to get familiar. All of their product information is available on the computer which they expect you to train yourself on down time, learn the product, and effectively talk about the product to customers to meet high sales goals. Work- Life balance: You don't always get to leave when the store closes and they require over 1 month in advance to take time off.
