They treat employees as children, and the CEO relishes in being feared (its almost like he is a caricature of a CEO) - No base salary of any kind no matter how they try to spin it - No real financial planning training/experience provided - Antiquated sales training program (The video series they show is hilariously bad) - Using young inexperienced college graduates to poach their network for business, with the hopes/plan that they will leave and that poached business will be retained - Must pay for everything including office supplies - Very much a pyramid scheme business model, where senior management feel like used car salesmen
