Good benefits but feel like a number, not a person, to the University - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Boston University

I love BU and work hard to protect their reputation and make more money for the University but I don't get much respect from my supervisors or upper administration. I feel like a number to them and I don't feel like they take a personal interest in my success or my professional development.
