Salary - Everyone is underpaid and when you leave you realise how much by! No transparency between line managers and employees. Bonus payout is a joke, you only get paid quarterly but NEVER 100% always 80% or less! Even when the company is doing well somehow you still only receive 80% of your bonus! Company does not follow the 'Guiding principles' in regards to employee relation! Benefits package is shockingly bad. If you are young and want to start a family or still growing your family, look for a job elsewhere.
