There are only 2 reasons that make it a good place to work. One is that you can pretty much get the schedule you need and days off are almost always granted as requested. Two, the managers and employees are very helpful to each other in order to get the job done.

First of all, there is no tipping. The starting pay of $10 an hour for servers sounds okay but tips are VERY few and far between compared to the level of service you have to give. There is a 'service charge' on the bill but the servers do not get it. The management seems to think it should remain the same. They have very few 'long term' food and bev employees, only 1 bartender has been there for several years and he makes tips as he works in an outlet that serves the golfers. Second, they make it almost impossible to work enough hours to be eligible for benefits. Shifts are short, 6-7 hours , so you have to work doubles to qualify, and that becomes a long day. If you work in 2 different departments they will not count it as a full work week either. They schedule you for less than the required hours so you can;t get the benefits.Third, you have to pay for your meals, it's only $2.50 but with the lack of benefits and poor income they should at least feed us.
