      Only pros were that I was paid on time and the work trips

      I was not able to grow, put in tons of hours to not get much back, lots of time in the office not being productive

      I love the culture here! As a team we have cultivated a growth and development culture that allows people to add their creativity and opinions and contribute to the success of the company. There's also a sense of individuality instead of being treated as a number. Great company to work for in my opinion!

      If you aren't willing to grow and learn then I would say this position wouldn't be a good fit.
