Horrific leadership at the very top. Two bullies who only care how smart they appear at the cost of everyone else on their team. Sexist and misogynistic toward the talented female staff. I watched time after time as they belittled or disregarded the women in the company and blamed them for their own shortcomings and mistakes. They do not listen to their clients and their employees live in fear day in, day out because “fear makes people work better” a quote from one of the leaders. No way to run a company or care for your employees. They are making YOUR money and you run them into the ground doing it.
