Management in Montreal is horrible. No transparency, no security, flavor of the month employees, manipulation by pressuring and comparing successes and failures between employees and creating a very competitive and toxic atmosphere. They like to keep people in fear, and pressure them until they crack and then tell the team the employee wasn’t good enough to handle the job. They pretend to want the growth of their employees, but it is only through their own benefits and for apparences. They always have excuses and lies to not pay bonuses to their employees who work 24/7 for them to fulfill their unrealistic expectations.
