Just because one property may give you a "bad" experience, doesn't mean it is all bad. You should give another property a shot. Working weekends and holidays isn't the greatest but you know that going into it. It's also possible to feel that your valuation is off. When owners/corporate place extreme demands on a team and you end up working late all time, you may feel like you should be earning more.
