      No Work Life Balance Allowed, Disconnect Between Corporate & Satellite Offices, corporate gets holidays, leasing agents do not (even though no proven reports of higher sales on holidays etc), have to work weekends, most property managers are supposed to work weekends and do NOT, causing leasing associates and assistant property managers to have less work life balance, not a lot of promotions any more because they are hiring less from within

Weekend work is common practice in the property management and hospitality industries as we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our communities 7-days a week. Employees who work weekends are able to enjoy 2 days off every work week.
