      Vantaggi

      -They treat their customers great, with an exception for the ones of color. -The benefit packages were great. -Salary wasn't bad. -Their portfolio is impressive.

      Svantaggi

      -The Chicago branch of this company was the worst work experience I've ever had. -Tremendous lack of diversity -Upper management and onsite management are a joke. -Their "commitment" to diversity and inclusion is purely performative and isn't an actual priority, -They promote toxic work environments. -Management is proficiently trained in gaslighting their teams into believing that their concerns and requests are unwarranted. -No hope for advancement unless you are a white, cis, heterosexual.
