When there was a restructure, all new upper management came in and didn’t even talk to anyone. They monitored from behind their closed doors and created an environment filled with bitter employees. Sadly, the office culture has turned into talk of interviews and new job prospects. Managers stifle the creativity and ambition of employees by micromanaging and only looking out for themselves.
