Terrible management - Recensione dipendente - Property Manager presso Braemore

Good experience as you are thrown in the deep end when you first start therefore you get a wealth of experience quite quickly. Fellow Property Managers are nice and helpful.

Worst management I’ve ever worked with, given no support or training when you first start. Senior Property Managers monitor your emails, are two faced and are unapproachable. The phone system is horrendous leaving tenants and landlords unable to get in touch with staff. There is no room for progression, staff are underpaid and overworked. The client accounts department are rude and extremely unhelpful.

None that I can think of

The board at Lomond have not got a clue how to run a company. They have no idea about honour or trust, they have lost the only good leaders they ever had, they have a misplaced sense of success borne out of previous good luck and they have watched as great brands and people have been slowly broken under their watch. Interestingly, some of them believe themselves to be 'above' the rest - which is strange as many of the Board have less commercial experience than some of the senior management they have binned!
