-Sold off product business and laid off all US employees, illegally cutting off benefits, reducing time off payments, giving no severance, and not honoring additional agreement terms due to employees. Multiple legal actions taken against organization prior to bankruptcy protections.
-'Bankrupted’ the US (LLC) arm of the organization and is now trying to re-emerge in hardware again under a German head office corporate management guise. It’s the same leadership. They wrote off their debts and bad decisions and now want to do business again in North America after burning every bridge and partnership previously established. No matter the loopholes allowing this, don’t trust an organization that will screw over everyone that tried to build/support their business and then try to come back again like nothing happened. It should be illegal. Don’t fall for whatever the new spin is, history is bound to repeat itself.
