It has been 2 months since I have come on board with the team. The experience has been truly enriching. Every day I get to learn something new not only in my own area of specialty but beyond it as well which is why I wanted to join a startup. The best part is that you grow with the company and vice-versa. There is a lot of autonomy in terms of work assignments. We don’t work as employees or as interns, we work as co-founders and co-owners of BrahmaX. A thoroughly exciting yet professional work environment pushes me to optimize my potential. The management who are seasoned professionals with diverse experience hold strong belief in consistently delivering on professional goals with unyielding commitment & integrity without compromising on quality. What has made a lasting impression is their style of coaching and the fact that they are open to ideas and suggestions.

My job requires that I closely work with product managers, designers and software engineers to ensure design vision is maintained and UI deliverables are completed on time. The work also ranges from working with Designers on Wireframes to App Submissions. I have got the opportunity to work on assignments that required me to work extensively on the various platforms and technologies. The job allowed me exposure to various technical skillsets including REST-API integration, social media APIs, cloud-based storage integration among others. I have been to build scalable android apps across multiple platforms and device resolutions and doing end-to-end development of new apps. This job has allowed me to not only hone my technical skills, but has also allowed me to learn and apply general management skills including HR (taking interviews) and marketing (social media campaign).
