Worst Company - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Brain Technosys

Dear Readers, I do not agree to such a review and wish to assure you that we have been in the Business for over 15 yrs and served thousands of Clients across the globe and worked with hundreds of employees since our inception in 2004. Directors are well Qualified with Masters Degrees in Technology and Business Administrations and were college toppers in their time, we have qualified Project Management Team with strong bonding to all employees in their departments. We apply high level of ethical practices for employee welfare and thus we have managed to maintain such an environment where everyone feel connected towards common goal of collective growth, having plenty of opportunities to learn and grow and so far we have managed to train hundreds of newcomers/Junior Engineers as well and some of them are still working with us happily even after a decade or more as one of the key pillars. We are disappointed to see such a review and wish to listen to any grevances if anyone can escalate to us and if required we can improve, but we can not please each and every one. Its obvious if someone has discontinued working with BT and certainly rather to admit his mistakes, its obvious to find fault in Company policies. I request you to please do your research on company history, profile and its Management and believe in what you see not with what a frustrated person wants to make you believe to be a part of his ill-intention.
