      They really value work-life balance. They will not require you to work after working hours. We are only required to work for 37.5 hours per week.

Managers are approachable and genuinely invested in helping us succeed—they’re nurturing and never leave you hanging. There are plenty of benefits, plus free food to enjoy. And the basic pay? It’s fantastic! Work schedule is FIXED. And the workload is not heavy.
