It is a great place to gather experience

There is a lack of strategic coordination especially form the senior staff members There is no company culture

You are being multitasked at once. I was work in more than 3 sectors. They paid me as an intern but worked me as an employee… So much expectations, lack of guidance, lack of time to execute tasks, CEO anger & lack of patience towards staffs. As an Intern I am supposed to learn on the job but he expected me to know all. He let me off after awhile as an Intern. Which shouldn’t be
