Regardless of whether you're a full-time employee or contractor, job security at Bramasol is precarious. Despite warnings from others, I joined the company thinking I had enough experience to handle anything. Man wasnot I wrong. My time at Bramasol was so traumatic that I needed therapy to recover, and I'm still healing. The lack of professional structure at Bramasol is astounding. I never knew what was going on, and there's a lot of politics. The few people in charge are overbearing and treat everyone poorly, to the point where yelling at each other is commonplace. Only few people run the whole show pretending they know everything and if you are brushing their ego than you are good. I am surprised to see postive feedback, whereas in real life have never heard anyone saying anything good about this company. Bullying culture. No money is worth your mental health.
