It is a rapidly growing company that maintains a friendly atmosphere. The management team strives to meet the demands of the employees and allow them opportunity for growth and achievement. The shop is one of cleanest I have seen, with regular professional floor cleaning. Often times shops lack adequate air quality and temperature control, but Branch has both. This past summer a secondary A/C unit was brought in to aid in the cooling of the shop. They not only give soft pretzels and ice cream to their employees, they have a large picnic at the end of summer during company time in which employees can enjoy a lunch of steak, chicken and other delicious varieties. They also host a wondeful Christmas party which includes a fantastic meal and raffle prizes such as a big screen t.v. Branch is one of few companies to offer free health care or the option for a paid upgraded care. They also supply you with a flex spending account (in which they put money in for you) for medical costs since these plans are high deductible plans. It's one of the best health care plans I've experienced and it's at no monthly cost. They offer dental and vision plans at little or no cost. They make accommodations for people's family lives and scheduling conflicts. It really is a management team of kind hearted people that understand everyone is human. They are more than understanding when family falls ill or their is an unexpected family crisis.

You will find inconsistent reviews for Branch. Not everyone appreciates a very accomodating company until it's no longer available to them. There are always going to be negative people within a company that feed on the chaos and tension they are able to create.
