Decent office, a couple of bigger clients that might seem cool, free soda/coffee/lunch once a week, nice company parties. Decent operating systems. A slacker's paradise, which is fun for the first few weeks, but quickly sours.

Svantaggi

Company is too small for its own good/any movement, no organization/real leadership, no real digital department to speak of, not enough work (!!!), high staff turnover rate, no company direction, zero brand recognition. Other than two big clients, they never made any real traction with anyone else (for the aforementioned reasons).

Great creative leadership, I would give my first born to work with Tom Kelly again, but I don't really want kids anyways. I started here as a fresh Jr. who had a lot of growing to do and Brand Content provided me the opportunity to do just that. They provided me with a variety of opportunities from creating digital content to full campaigns, and the chance to produce video work and stay in a really nice hotel. I really was given the chance to grow and learn here. I learned how to work with my first writing partner here, I learned how to be a great presenter and most importantly, I learned how to still be myself in advertising.

They're a small company, so depending on who you are you might find it lacking in compensation, but I guarantee it makes up for what it lacks in work life balance. Plus the people are great.

Great place for any creative to get good work done, the creative directors here are second to none. Knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to take chances on good work. The CEO is a great guy and listens to his employees. He keeps a high morale with an awesome attitude, killer parties, free lunches, a stocked kitchen etc. The account team is well trained and the whole shop plays as a team. It's a small shop, it's nimble and tight knit. You'll take on a lot more responsibility than you would at a larger shop and be held accountable for your work. That's a good thing. Good place to go if you want to be on the ground floor of a growing agency. They're focused on awards as well as results and will become a major player.

The day-to-day work that keeps the lights on can become a grind. But good opportunities do roll through and they become what you make of them.
