Great structure , supportive team and adequate salary. They provide asking and interesting problems and are really interested in improving your skill set.

Some people have office politics and micromanagement issues, this is not a company wide issue but can really affect your workflow if you are paired up with these individuals. I highly doubt it would still be an issue as their HR dept is really efficient and empathetic.
