- I came from a very large company (over 10,000 employees) and it has been an incredible experience in my first 3 months. The people, the product, and the culture are exactly what I had hoped for. - The people (my teammates) are top notch. Everyone is smart, driven, collaborative, and caring. To work in a positive, collaborative environment where everyone shares the same goals and vision - and everyone works together to accomplish some pretty amazing things; it's a great environment. - The People Team (HR) really care. They are focusing on the overall employee experience and how to make it better. They are also bringing diversity and inclusion to the front of the conversation and are making great strides to ensure we are the change we want to see in the world. - The leadership team is a rare combination of strategic (able to paint a clear picture of where the market is going) and operational (knows the mechanics of how to get there). I believe in where we are going and I know what we have to do to get there. -Great benes: Free Lunch, really amazing healthcare (much better than my previous company), and tuition reimbursement so I can continue my graduate degree as I work. - Braze is a product leader (and a thought leader) in a technology space that will become vital to business in the near future (and I would content the future is now). To work with a cutting edge product in a market that is growing and evolving is extremely motivating.

Not too many concerns at this point - we all work very hard (but management is making a concerted effort to ensure work/life harmony). Some benefits will need to grow/mature as the company grows (e.g. supplemental life insurance isn't as cost efficient as my previous company).
