Self-centered leadership will not succeed. But change can be good. In 2021, our engineering headcount will at least double as we roll out new products and the core business gets bigger. This is thanks to the foundation that our veterans created, and the opportunity emerging from the acquisition and partnership with Alliance Data. We have also rebuilt our people/HR team.
