Regarding your concerns about micromanagement, without more detail, it's hard to assist. Our workforce management team is pretty good at knowing who is available on the phones to handle our customer call volume.... and we need you to be available when you're scheduled. It's not so much about micromanagement as counting on you and your skillset to be there to help our customers - which is a compliment to your skills. There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
