You've shared a lot of "Pros" that we're happy to see -- It seems like you enjoy the flexibility of our scheduling, our compensation package, and the "triple-time pay" for working an observed holiday! These are all great things and we're glad to see that you're happy with those aspects. We don't often hear about a lack of leadership or guidance, so we would encourage you to reach out to your leader to discuss how to better connect with Team Leads, Sups, and Tech Support who can be resources to help you when you need additional assistance. We've got these resources, but maybe we're failing to let you know they're available to you -- let's fix that! :)
There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
